Do you work with governments?

We currently do not have any relationship with any particular government, but we are open to; as long as it does not create a conflict of interest between us or our clients.

What is your policy on conflicts of interest?

We agree not to consult or provide any services in any manner to a direct competitor of your company during the duration of our agreement. A direct competitor of your company is defined as any individual or business entity that engages in the same business practice and it’s defined in a case-by-case basis.

What is your policy on confidenciality?

We will always sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) prior to any sensitive communication. When performing consulting services BARLAIN Consulting may be exposed to and most likely will be required to use certain Confidential Information from your company. We guarantee (under the signed NDA) that we will not disclose your confidential information either during or after the term of our agreement, for as long as such information retains the characteristics of Confidential Information.

What is your policy as independent contractor?

BARLAIN Consulting is an independent contractor and is not an employee, partner, co-venturer of, or has any other service relationship with your company. The projects to be undertaken are decided exclusively by the client and we are not authorized to speak for your company. BARLAIN Consulting represents all of our work to be thorough, honest, exhaustive and with all of the best effort that we can provide.

What is your policy on rights and data?

All drawings, designs, documents, and tangible items prepared for and submitted to your company to BARLAIN Consulting in connection with the services rendered under shall belong exclusively to your company. BARLAIN retains the right to use similar knowledge, experience and data for future consulting clients but only after the end of the existing project with your company.
